Wrestlers
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is the world's largest wrestling federation. Founded by Vince McMahon Sr. in 1952 as Capitol Wrestling Corporation. The company held wrestling competitions under the name World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF), and later under the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). In 1982, it was sold to Titan Sports, also owned by the McMahon family. The company was later renamed to World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, and in 2002 to World Wrestling Entertainment, or WWE for short.
