Music has always been one of the two Jack’s biggest passions along with surfing. He learned to play a guitar when he was 8 and when he was 12 he wrote his first song. Later, he joined a rock band in college.

He left surfing after an accident in 1992. Then, he crashed into the corals, cut his face badly and even lost some teeth. Later, this case inspired him to write a song.
