William was born on June 1, 1994 in Westwood, New Jersey in the USA, by origin - Puerto Rican. Will's passion for extreme music began at school when a friend suggested that he listen to the band Lamb of God. During his career, the musician has collaborated with such bands as "Monument Of A Memory" and "A Wake In Providence" as a guest vocalist.

In 2020, the musician joined the Lorna Shore band for the duration of the tour, as a replacement for the previous vocalist, McCreery, who was fired due to a series of scandals. The layoff came unexpectedly. The group was in a difficult position: a new vocalist had to be found as quickly as possible. Then the band was to tour Europe in support of Immortal. Ramos coped with the task, but due to the coronavirus pandemic that began then, the activity had to be stopped for a while.
