William Jonathan Drayton Jr. was born on the 16th of March, 1969, in New York. He was rather talented in music which was obvious for his parents as well as for his teachers. Being a small kid, he learnt to play different musical instruments and when he was at school he sang in the choir. In 1986 he became one of the members of the band called ‘Public Enemy’. He was a real trailblazer in the band and his ideas later modernized the manner of hip-hop performing. In 1987 the band released the album named ‘Yo! Bum Rush the Show’. For some period of time William was not seen on the stage. Later he developed a successful solo career. In 2006 he created his first individual album called ‘Hollywood’. The performer has turned to be a really talented singer actor and TV persona, as well as a businessman.
