The life of a military man did not fit the guy. He chose to become a professional wrestler, to fulfill his childhood dream. When being already 20, he started his training. Randy kept going on the local rings and gained experience. In 2001, hi inked his first professional contract with WWF and dived into the Ohio Valley Wrestling program. The following year, he debuted as a professional fighter. He defeated Tommy Dreamer.
